Beyond Meat's Vegan Pepperoni Comes to Pizza Hut!

Ready to try the new plant-based pepperoni made by Beyond Meat?! It’s currently available for a limited time on Pizza Hut’s menu, specifically on their Beyond Pepperoni Pizza. Although the product hasn’t hit stores yet, we can expect the product to expand to other restaurants and supermarkets in the near future.

Each slice of Beyond’s vegan meat substitute is made with peas and rice, and boasts the same crispy, spicy, and smoky flavor we grew up loving! They’re also non-GMO, and free from soy, gluten, and cholesterol. However, unfortunately you’ll have to order your pie without cheese for now if you’re 100% plant-based. The chain doesn’t offer a non-dairy cheese substitute. However, if you have some vegan cheese at home to use as a topping, you’ll be all set to order this yum meatless pizza to your doorstep!

You can get your hands on this plant pepperoni pizza from select locations in Albany, New York; Columbus and Macon, Georgia; Houston, Texas; and Jacksonville, Florida. However, they’ll only be available for a limited time, so make sure to grab a slice before they’re gone!

This is not the first, and will likely not be the last time Beyond partners with Pizza Hut. This international pizza chain has featured Beyond Meat’s products — namely, their Italian vegan sausage — at locations in Puerto Rico, Belgium, Canada, and the UK. In fact, it’s now a permanent menu item at all of their UK locations! Hopefully we can see the same results with their pepperoni stateside!
