Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

This a tasty and fresh appetizer that everybody loves. Best of all, it has less than 8 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make.

Vegan Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 7 tomatoes (chopped and seeded)

  • 2 gloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil ((for the bruschetta mixture))

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tbsp basil ((8 basil leaves))

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt ((or any artesanal salts you may have handy))

  • 1 loaf baguette bread ((cut in 1.5 inch slices))

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil ((to spread or drizzle on bread))

    Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C)

  2. Cut the baguette in 1-inch slices, place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil.

    Put in your oven for around 5 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown

  3. Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, oilve oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and salt

  4. Take a spoon and top each bread slice with some tomato mixture
