Spinach Smoothie For Kids

What’s the best way to sneak veggies into your kid’s diet, you ask? Smoothies, of course! You can add all the sweet, yummy fruits you’d like, then toss in some healthy greens like spinach, kale, or even cucumber.

TIP: Make sure you don’t use only spinach every day as it has lots of oxalates which can cause kidney stones in some people so vary your greens whenever you can!

Spinach Smoothie for kids

These foods are great for adding vitamins, minerals, and fiber to their diet and for boosting their energy levels. The perfect way to start the day! For this one, we used sweet red seedless grapes, soy milk, and tart, fiber-filled pears to mask the taste of the spinach. The result? An incredibly delicious kid-friendly smoothie that the whole family enjoyed! Our son loved it!
