Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

This a tasty and fresh appetizer that everybody loves. Best of all, it has less than 8 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make.

Vegan Tomato Brsuchetta

  • 7 tomatoes chopped and seeded
  • 2 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for the bruschetta mixture)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp basil (8 basil leaves)
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt (or any artesanal salts you may have handy)
  • 1 loaf baguette bread (cut in 1.5 inch slices)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil (to spread or drizzle on bread)


  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C)
  • Cut the baguette in 1-inch slices, place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil.
    Put in your oven for around 5 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown
  • Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, oilve oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and salt
  • Take a spoon and top each bread slice with some tomato mixture
