You know that one salad on the menu that looks vegan, but then turns out to have feta cheese in it? Yeah, this is the one. That’s why for this recipe we used Violife’s Just Like Feta! It was a great addition to this light, simple dish, and offered that salty-something that makes greek salads so perfect!
We started off this traditional salad by chopping up our veggies: cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, and tomato. Then, we tossed them into a bowl and added our vegan feta of choice, kalamata olives (a must), fresh oregano, salt, and pepper! Finally, we drizzled some olive oil over top.

- Chop up all veggies into slices. Then, toss together in a salad bowl.
- Add your vegan feta, kalamata olives, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the top, and enjoy!
