We’re so happy you’re here.

Welcome to OopsVegan, a community of perfectly-imperfect vegans and veg-curious people striving to become the best vegan versions of themselves.

It doesn’t matter how long (or short) you’ve been trying to eat compassionately, we’re thrilled you’ve joined us.

Our mission is simple: help more people become as vegan as they can.

OopsVegan exists to simplify the world of veganism for real people.

Our community won’t judge you for indulging in those flaky, buttery, delicious pastries on vacation. Oops!

We totally get the supernatural pull of fully loaded nachos at the big game. Oops!

We will never look down on you for still rocking those leather boots. Oops!

We own our “oops” moments. We exist to help you grow from every single one of them.

We love animals and data.

We are a small, passionate team building a robust hub of rigorously researched, data-driven information to help experienced and beginner vegans alike.

Every article on our site is original, meticulously researched, and supported with data from authoritative sources.

We love fake meat, not fake news.

The Oops Vegan team is led by our favorite perfectly-imperfect vegan, Patricia Maroday.

Patricia is a certified vegan nutritionist from Cornell University and a certified vegan coach from the Main Street Vegan Academy.

She started Oops Vegan as a judgment-free oasis for compassionate folks who want to make a global impact.

The V Word

There are a lot of conversations around veganism lately.

It’s hard to not be consumed by the enormous environmental catastrophes that hijack our news feeds.

We all want to fix everything at once, and keeping our vegan diets utterly pristine feels like an obligation to the planet.

But perfection is impossible. A small change today is better than a lofty intention for tomorrow, right?

We choose to focus on the excitement in the air as demand for plant-based food and cruelty-free products skyrockets across the globe.

More people want to go vegan. We help them get started and stay committed, one “oops!” at a time.

Let us Know What You Need.

We are here for you.

Have a look around our site and let us know how else we can support you on your compassionate journey to become as vegan as you can for yourself and the planet.

To your vegan success!
