We love Mexican food so much that every Friday night, we have a taco night filled with plant-based goodies! We’ve perfected our simple pico de gallo recipe, and would love to share it with you.
We start off by dicing up one big tomato and one onion. Then, we finely chop up one bunch of cilantro and juice one lime. Finally, we mix it all up in a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix it all together. The result is a delicious and low-calorie salsa that is sure to please everyone!

Pico de gallo
- Chopping board
- Medium bowl
- 1 large tomato finely diced
- 1 onion finely diced
- 1 bunch cilantro fresh, finely chopped
- 1 large lime juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- Finely chop the onion, cilantro and tomato. Juice your lime.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and mix well. Enjoy!
