Once Again works closely with the Jubilee House in Nicaragua, which helps to empower impoverished communities and provide them with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. The organization's main goal is to bring employment to Nicaraguans, with the help of organizations like Once Again that consistently buy their sesame seeds at world market prices. Their Story
Once Again was founded by Jeremy Thaler and Constance Potter in 1976, after having already established a worker cooperative distribution, and a bakery in which they used a barrel roaster to produce granola. A friend gave Jeremy the idea to use their barrel roaster to make peanut butter, and the rest was history.
