At their “Off The Grid” restaurant, they offer an entirely seasonal menu focused on health and inspired by cuisines from all around the world! Their dishes include burgers, chili, cauliflower wings, pasta, crab cakes, desserts, and more.
In addition to the lovely food and amenities, Mother Earth Vegan Hotel uses solar panel energy, a water conservation system to recycle gray water for their plants, bio cleaning products, and natural mosquito protection mist across the entire property!
